BE STRONG

Inspire

Be Strong – Inspire is the perfect entry point to ensure you feel comfortable and confident in your strength training journey! Meeting three times per week for two weeks, this class is an opportunity to discover how Be Strong will be the perfect fit for your strength goals. It emphasizes educating you on the basics of muscle strengthening, bone density, functional strength, and more through the use of a progressive exercise routine.

Empower

Be Strong – Empower is the twice weekly, 12 week program where you will learn and implement the foundations of an intelligently-designed strength program. More than just a series of workouts, you will discover how to build upon your unique starting point and make progress directly towards your goals. Each session you will be guided through a strength training routine and educated on a variety of exercise science topics including general nutrition, recovery, load management, injury reduction, and more. Space in each session is limited to ensure all individual questions and comments are fully addressed.

BE FIT

Meeting three times per week for two weeks, this class is an opportunity to discover how Be Fit will be the perfect fit for your fitness goals. It emphasizes educating you on the basics of aerobic capacity, muscular endurance, and more through the use of a progressive exercise routine.
